Md. Shamsul Haque

Mr. Md. Shamsul Haque has focused his legal career of more than two decades on property laws and the law of succession in Bangladesh.

Mr. Haque began his legal career with “Hasan & Associates” in 2000 and continued to work as an associate until the end of 2010. Mr. Haque is extremely proficient in examining property documents for the purpose of ascertaining the legal validity of title and ownership of the immovable property. He is specialized in drafting of all kinds of paperwork, deeds, agreements, understandings, etc. in relation to purchase, sale, mortgage, subrogation, gift and any other kind of transfer of immovable property in Bangladesh.

Mr. Haque has, on numerous occasions, successfully worked as an attorney for the Lead Arranger/Agents in syndicated financing arrangements drafting and finalizing all kinds of loan and security documents.
